What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchases, but we understand that some things might not be the perfect fit we were hoping for. We will accept returns on plants within 5 days of purchase so long as they are in the same condition in which they were purchased for a full refund. We cannot accept damaged, dead, or otherwise unsellable plants. All non-plant merchandise returns will be accepted within 10 days of the original purchase for a full refund.

Do you do private events, classes, or parties?
We would be more than happy to help host your next private event! Please send an email to papercraneplants@gmail.com or use the Contact page to get in touch! Please understand that availability is limited, but we will do our absolute best to work with the schedule provided!

When is your next class?
Our classes are scheduled as availability allows, we recommend keeping up with social media to be notified as soon as spots open for our next class!
Have a suggestion to what our next class should be or something you want to learn more about? Reach out with your requests on our Contact page! We love hearing what people need more in-depth information about, or something fun they would like to do with other community members! We will do our best to make it happen!
